Terms of Service

Waypoint (the "Service") is operated by Buzz LLC, a California limited liability company ("Waypoint", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for any brokerage or business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant Waypoint a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to publish each property you list and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to (a) violate any law, including fair-housing or anti-discrimination laws; (b) post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; (c) send spam or unsolicited bulk email to leads collected through the Service; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (e) resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Lead data

You are the controller of personal information submitted by visitors through your listing pages and are responsible for handling it in compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA where applicable).

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to other users. You may cancel anytime. On termination we will delete your data subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular business result. Waypoint is a publishing and lead capture tool — it is not a brokerage and does not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waypoint's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
