Most agents market a listing with whatever their brokerage’s template allows, a PDF someone made in Canva, and a link to a portal page that belongs to somebody else. The property is the largest thing most people will ever buy, and the marketing rarely reflects that.
Waypoint is software for the other version: a cinematic site for the property, on a link the agent controls, that captures every visitor as a lead and generates the email, brochure, flyer and social graphics to go with it. It is built for the individual agent rather than the brokerage — the person whose name is actually on the sign.

The agent's name goes first
Every listing site, brochure, flyer and email carries the agent's photo, brokerage, and licence — not ours. Waypoint is the press, not the byline. A buyer landing on one of these pages should come away knowing who represents the property.
Leads belong to the agent
Contacts captured through a Waypoint listing are exportable as CSV at any time, and we don't sell, share or re-market to them. That is written into the Privacy Policy, not just stated here.
Compliance is built in, not bolted on
Licence numbers, brokerage attribution, the Equal Housing Opportunity mark and fair-housing disclaimers render on every published listing automatically, because a marketing tool that quietly drops them creates a problem for the agent, not for us.

Waypoint is operated by Buzz LLC, a California limited liability company. Our terms are governed by California law, and the Privacy Policy covers CCPA/CPRA rights for California residents alongside the rights we extend to everyone.
Waypoint is a marketing tool for licensed real estate professionals. It is not a brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice. Every listing published through it is the responsibility of the licensed agent whose name appears on it.
